Production Worker - Textile Production
About the Role
Hansen Protection is looking for a structured and quality-conscious production worker who enjoys practical tasks, established routines, and working in a production environment. If you enjoy collaborating with others and are motivated to develop your skills in a solid and professional production environment, this could be the position for you.
The position is based at our production facility in Nygårdsviken, Laksevåg, Bergen. Training will be provided, so previous experience from textile production is an advantage but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection of incoming and outgoing products
- Processing, inspection, washing, and pressure testing
- Packing and certification of products
- Assist at different production stations as needed
- Perform other general production-related tasks
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Works independently, enjoys established routines, and has a good eye for detail
- Is responsible and has a strong work ethic
- Has experience from warehouse work or the textile industry – an advantage, but not a requirement
- Has good Norwegian or other Nordic language skills
- Is in good physical condition, as some work processes can be physically demanding
- Is practical, hardworking, and motivated to learn new tasks
- Is flexible and comfortable with both repetitive tasks and varied working days
- Is reliable, punctual, and maintains good working routines
