The SeaPass Passenger Suit is a compact emergency immersion suit developed for passenger vessels and recreational craft where space is limited and rapid response is essential. It is approved under SOLAS regulations as an uninsulated immersion suit, intended to be used in combination with a certified lifejacket for survival on water. With thermal protection rated for up to 1 hour in water temperatures below approximately 5 °C, the suit is designed to help slow heat loss and improve survival chances in cold water conditions.

Constructed from PU-coated nylon, the suit is extremely lightweight and vacuum packed, taking minimal space onboard. An integrated insulated neoprene hood, attached gloves and adjustable ankle straps help improve fit and comfort while reducing water ingress. The design allows the wearer to use their own shoes either inside or outside the suit for added versatility. Reflective tape enhances visibility, and vacuum packing extends the recommended service interval.
